Oatmeal Carbohydrates How Many Grams Of Carbohydrates Are We Suppose To Intake Per Day?

How many grams of carbohydrates are we suppose to intake per day? - oatmeal carbohydrates

Even with light foods or healthy foods such as grapes, brown rice and oatmeal, all seem to have at least 12 or 20 grams of carbohydrates, whereas consumption of calories and fat is low. I'm confused. How should we pay attention to carbohydrates, as we have to do in calories and fat? I know that store energy from carbohydrates, but not burned, then the sugar as fat ... Thanks for the answer ...

This is not "carbs" or "fat" is made for all the calories and calories --

I gave a link to your other question ahead - Go, and tell him how many servings you need (1500 calories per class and explain what a "service" size, etc.

All foods are energy (what a calorie is a measure of energy), regardless of the food, fat, carbohydrates, protein .... If you eat more than you burn .... will be stored as fat

It's the Calories

You do not talk about their work / employment. Calculates the calories or after work. I suppose you need about 1400 calories per day
